Yes. We invite honest feedback from eligible customers. We do not buy reviews, offer rewards for reviews, or limit public review invitations to happy customers. Private feedback does not replace the opportunity to leave a public review.

Essentials covers review outreach, reminders, monitoring, AI-powered review responses, private feedback alerts, a QR code, and a dashboard. Growth adds initial profile optimization, website social proof, reputation insights, monthly reports and competitor analysis, plus missed-call and website inquiry follow-up.

Both plans include one 21-day trial per business/location, with a valid payment method required. It begins when the agreed service is ready and outreach is activated. Connection and registration delays do not consume your trial. If you continue, we collect the $97 setup fee once with your first subscription payment. Cancel before the trial expires to avoid setup and subscription charges. Your trial usage allowance and any separate usage charges are disclosed before activation.

Yes. Choose Essentials before your Growth trial expires. Your original trial end date stays the same, and Growth features remain available through that date. At conversion, billing switches to Essentials and Growth-only features end. AI review responses remain included. Changing plans does not grant a second trial or replenish usage.

Provide accurate business information, appropriate customer data, and access to supported systems during onboarding. Then handle substantive customer conversations, resolve concerns, approve sensitive review replies, and tell us when your business details change. Taurus configures and maintains the agreed system.

Both plans include a controlled initial outreach campaign to an agreed group of eligible past customers. Audience size, timing, available contact information, and messaging eligibility are confirmed during onboarding. Recurring promotional reactivation campaigns and larger custom campaigns require a separate scope.

Monthly competitor analysis compares your public reputation with up to three selected competitors. Sentiment insights summarize what customers praise or criticize in connected reviews. Monthly reporting summarizes supported activity and results for a defined period. These are Growth features; your dashboard is available in both plans.

Growth can send a text acknowledgment after an eligible missed call and capture website inquiries with configured follow-up. Your team handles the conversation. Live receptionists, Voice AI, and trained conversational AI assistants are separate services that require an agreed scope. Supported phone routing and messaging readiness are required.

Annual options are $970 for Essentials and $2,970 for Growth, plus the $97 setup fee if you continue after the trial. Paid monthly SMS allowances are up to 300 segments for Essentials and 700 for Growth. A text may use multiple segments; reminders and other SMS automations also use the allowance. Additional usage is $10 per 500-segment block unless your agreement states otherwise. Trial allowances are confirmed separately.
